What license do I need for my project?
The license depends on your usage. Choose the Personal License for non-commercial or learning projects. For client work and commercial applications, you will need the Freelance, Studio, or Agency License. If you require full source code ownership, select the Enterprise License.
Can I use these assets in client projects?
Yes, absolutely! As long as you purchase a commercial license (Freelance, Studio, Agency, or Enterprise), you are fully cleared to use our UI kits and source codes in end-products for your clients.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our assets, all sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded. However, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the files are corrupted, not as described, or if you accidentally made a duplicate purchase.
How do I access my purchased files?
Delivery is instant. Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link. You can also log into your Premium UI Kits account at any time to access your purchased files.
Are updates included with my purchase?
Yes! Personal licenses include 6 months of free updates. Freelance licenses include 1 year. Studio, Agency, and Enterprise licenses come with Lifetime Free Updates for the specific kits purchased.
What file formats are included?
Depending on the bundle, you will receive design files in Figma (.fig), Sketch, and Adobe XD. For source code packages, we provide fully commented HTML, CSS, React, or Vue.js files ready for development.
Do you provide customer support?
Yes. We offer standard email support for Personal and Freelance licenses. Studio and Agency licenses get priority live chat support, while Enterprise clients are assigned a dedicated 24/7 technical manager.
Can I upgrade my license later?
Certainly! If you start with a Personal license and later need it for commercial client work, you can simply contact our support team to pay the difference and upgrade your license tier instantly.
