1. Digital Products and Licensing

Premium UI Kits provides digital design assets, templates, UI frameworks, and source codes. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded assets according to the specific license tier you selected (Personal, Freelance, Studio, Agency, or Enterprise).

• Personal License: For non-commercial use and personal learning only.
• Commercial Licenses: Allows use in end-products for clients depending on the tier limits.
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share our raw source files or UI kits under any circumstances.

2. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

3. Product Delivery

As our products are digital in nature, delivery is instantaneous. Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your purchased files. If you do not receive the email, please contact our support team.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Premium UI Kits and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Premium UI Kits. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from our platform without explicit written permission (unless covered by your specific Enterprise license).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Premium UI Kits, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our digital products. We provide our assets "as is" and do not warrant that our products will meet your specific technical requirements or be error-free.

6. User Accounts
