1. Conditions for a Refund
We will gladly issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase under the following circumstances:
- Technical Flaws: The downloaded file is corrupted, fundamentally flawed, or does not work as described on the product page.
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive the download link and our system cannot verify that the file was accessed or downloaded.
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same product multiple times within a short timeframe.
2. When Refunds Are Not Granted
Because digital assets can be easily copied after download, we cannot issue refunds in the following situations to protect our intellectual property:
- You changed your mind after downloading the source files.
- You purchased the product by mistake and have already downloaded the assets.
- You do not have the required software (e.g., Figma, Sketch) or expertise to use the UI kits, as the requirements are clearly stated on the product pages.
- The 14-day guarantee period has expired.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria, requesting a refund is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@premiumuikits.net from the email address you used to make the purchase.
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the issue you are facing. If it is a technical problem, please attach screenshots so our support team can attempt to help you first.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process it immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., your credit card via Stripe). Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to officially appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
